Life in Lockdown for Young People

This is your opportunity to write about your experience of what life has been like in lockdown and during the coronavirus. It could be a personal experience, a poem, or a creative story. All of you will have had a unique experience that is only yours, and only you can capture it in words!

To take part, you'll need to produce a 700-word piece of your own work by the deadline of Friday 17th July 2020.

It will then be judged by 10 of the UK’s biggest authors for young people. There will be a series of prizes for the best pieces, as well as the potential of having your work published in a book called ‘Generation Lockdown Writes’, and the opportunity to meet a range of authors at its launch event.

Entries close: 17th July 2020 Find out more here: Generation Lockdown
